We do not accept returns on goods purchased through our online store.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please provide us with your original confirmation email, as well as a photo of the damage or defect, along with your email address and phone number. Once we receive this, we will assess the information provided and come to a suitable solution. A partial or full refund will only be provided if we deem the product to be deflectable.
